RAKOVIĆ: DODIK DEFEATED REPRESSIVE SYSTEM, WHICH IS WHY HE HAS PLACE IN ANY WORLD CAPITAL
BELGRADE, MAY 27 /SRNA/ – Historian Aleksandar Raković told SRNA that the visit to Russia by the Republika Srpska delegation, including SNSD Leadet Milorad Dodik, is very significant, adding that the politician has defeated a repressive system, which is why he belongs in Moscow or any other world capital.
Speaking about the participation of the Republika Srpska delegation at the International Security Forum in Moscow, where Dodik is scheduled to address the plenary session tomorrow, Raković emphasized the importance of participation in such an event. "It is very important, especially in the context that Western politicians together with Christian Schmidt considered Dodik to be written off and punished, but in the end it turned out to be the opposite," Raković said. He believes Dodik handled the situation with the West patiently. "Yes, he took risks, but that risk paid off and in the end he emerged from the whole situation as the winner," he stressed. Raković also believes that Dodik will therefore be even more respected than before. "There is great respect for people who defeat repressive systems. Dodik has defeated a repressive system and that is why he belongs in Moscow, Washington, or any other world capital," Raković said. The Republika Srpska delegation, consisting of SNSD leader Milorad Dodik and Interior Minister Željko Budimir, is currently visiting the Russian Federation.
