MINIĆ: SRPSKA SHOULD TURN TO ITSELF

BANJA LUKA, JUNE 2 /SRNA/ - Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić pointed out that Srpska should turn to itself due to the dysfunctionality at the level of common institutions.

Minić told journalists in Banja Luka that the failure to approve this year's proposed BiH budget at the BiH Presidency session confirms the almost daily dysfunctionality of BiH, evidenced, among other things, by the non-opening of the bridge over the Sava in Gradiška. "What can we agree on at the BiH level? Can we talk about the budget of joint institutions? Well, we have barely overcome the problems related to Elektroprenos BiH so that the power system does not fail... So, maybe the answer is for us in Srpska to realize that we have to do everything ourselves in order to be functional and self-sustaining, comparing to the part of BiH that we can never rely on. We simply have to turn more and more to ourselves and our capacities," stated Minić. The proposal for the budget of the BiH institutions for 2026 was not adopted at today's session of the BiH Presidency because only Serb member of the Presidency Željka Cvijanović supported the document.
