DODIK PRAISES ROLE OF SERBIAN LIST IN PRESERVING SERB UNITY IN KOSOVO AND METOHIJA

BANJA LUKA, JUNE 8 /SRNA/ – SNSD President Milorad Dodik congratulated Zlatan Elek and the Serbian List on another convincing victory and the strong support they received from the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija.

BANJA LUKA, JUNE 8 /SRNA/ – SNSD President Milorad Dodik congratulated Zlatan Elek and the Serbian List on another convincing victory and the strong support they received from the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija.

"In times of pressure, threats and attempts to politically reshape the will of the people, the Serbian List has remained the strongest expression of Serbian unity and the most important guarantor of political resistance and the survival of our people in Kosovo and Metohija, the holiest Serbian land", Dodik wrote on the social media platform X. He pointed out that Serbs in Kosovo and Metohija, as well as the Serbian people throughout the Balkans, have repeatedly experienced the consequences of double standards, adding that every vote cast for the Serbian List today represents much more than political support. "It is a vote for survival, dignity and the right of the Serbian people to choose their own representatives and decide on their future. I extend my greetings to the Serbian people in Kosovo and Metohija and wish them peace and progress", Dodik stated. The Central Election Commission in Priština has published preliminary results of the early parliamentary elections, according to which the Serbian List won 43,071 votes, or 6.18 percent, securing an absolute majority in all Serb-majority communities.
