BANJA LUKA, JULY 2 /SRNA/ – Senior SNSD official Savo Minić says his party's nomination for presidential position in Republika Srpska in the upcoming general elections is a great honour and an even greater responsibility in developing Srpska and protecting its interests.

"Our goal is to continue pursuing all the policies we have implemented so far in the interest of Srpska," Minić stated at a press conference in Banja Luka following a session of the SNSD Presidency. He pointed out that a foreigner, through an illegal act, activated an institution that annulled the hundreds of thousands of votes won by Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik in the previous elections." "That gives me additional strength, because we want an even bigger victory and greater support in the elections, and I hope we will achieve that," Minić said. The SNSD Presidency today officially confirmed Savo Minić's candidacy for the position of Republika Srpska president in the upcoming general elections.
