KURTI'S ARRIVAL VIOLATION OF THE UN CHARTER
BANJA LUKA, DECEMBER 5 /SRNA/ - The collegium of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska considers the arrival of Prime Minister of the self-proclaimed Kosovo Albin Kurti in Sarajevo a provocation directed against Republika Srpska and the Serb people, but also a violation of the UN Charter.
"Those who invited him show that they have bad intentions towards Republika Srpska and the Serb people," says the statement of the Parliamentary Collegium, read to journalists in Banja Luka by Parliament Speaker Nenad Stevandić. Hiding behind the non-governmental organization that formally invited Kurti does not release the elected officials and institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina from responsibility, which thereby violate the internal Dayton principles, that is, the Constitution of BiH, which did not recognize the self-proclaimed Kosovo, the statement indicates. "Republika Srpska cannot remain without a response, and the response will be institutionally coordinated," concludes the statement of the Collegium of the Parliament of Srpska. The association of independent intellectuals "Krug 99" invited Kurti to attend the session that will be held tomorrow in Sarajevo.
