INCOMPLETE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF BiH THE ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD TO MAKE ITSELF UNCONSTITUTIONAL

BANJA LUKA, MAY 31 /SRNA/ – The President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik stated that the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH is the only constitutional court in the world that has managed to make itself unconstitutional, and that its decisions will not be implemented.

"Like a goat guarding cabbage, so the Constitutional Court of BiH guards the Constitution. It is the only constitutional court in the world that has succeeded in making itself unconstitutional. There is no provision of the Constitution they haven't violated. A feat for Ripley's Believe It or Not," Dodik emphasized. Instead of nine judges, decisions were initially made by five, and now by seven judges, Dodik said, adding that it is even more tragic that they are deciding on issues that the BiH Constitution does not address at all. "Such decisions will not be implemented. Journalist Žarko Marković, referring to the most absurd judicial process in history, exposed the complete absurdity of the Constitutional Court in his article 'Just Keep Doing Your Job' in Glas Srpske," Dodik posted on the X. In his article, Marković stated, among other things, that the Constitutional Court of BiH has long been reduced to a mere conduit for appeals by Bosniak politicians, which are routinely accepted without any uncertainty.
