ŠULIĆ: LEGAL VIOLENCE AGAINST COMMON SENSE

BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 1 /SRNA/ - The fact that the Appeals Chamber of the BiH Court upheld the first-instance verdict against Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik is not only legal violence but also an assault on common sense, logic, and the aspiration to live normally in this country, said Denis Šulić, a member of the SNSD Main Board.
Šulić told SRNA that it is sad to see how those who are supposed to uphold and defend the law and justice instead violate both in their desire to ingratiate themselves with foreigners who exercise arbitrariness beyond any law and order. "It is sad to witness these theatrics and the humiliation of judicial institutions and the individuals who represent them, but it is somewhat ironic that they believe these actions will destroy President Dodik and Republika Srpska - because they are achieving the exact opposite," Šulić said. According to him, these actions only strengthen Republika Srpska's resolve to fight for justice, truth, every citizen, and every inch of its territory, as it is precisely this fight and the unwavering determination of President Dodik that troubles the international community and its illegitimate representatives. "The message from Republika Srpska remains unchanged - it is clear and loud: Srpska will prevail because we know what we are fighting for, and there will be no surrender," Šulić emphasized. He added that those who order and write these verdicts will end up in the dustbin of history, where they belong. "And we will read about President Dodik and Republika Srpska on the pages about the struggle and victory for the sacred cause that Republika Srpska truly is," Šulić said. The Appeals Chamber of the Court of BiH upheld the first-instance verdict against Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik, sentencing him to one year in prison and banning him from political activity for six years for "failing to comply" with the decisions of Christian Schmidt.
