NEW GOVERNMENT TO CONTINUE STRENGTHENING SRPSKA'S ECONOMY

BANJA LUKA, AUGUST 19 /SRNA/ – The head of the SNSD Club in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska Srđan Mazalica expects the new government of Srpska to be composed of competent people who will continue strengthening the economy of Republika Srpska.
"I expect ministers to be elected who will be both professional and carry political weight. I expect a government of Republika Srpska that will introduce some innovations and be able to implement reforms," Mazalica told SRNA. He thanked Srpska's Prime Minister Radovan Višković for good cooperation with the SNSD Club, noting that Višković remains an important part of the party. "I consider his work successful, as shown by the results of the Government regarding improved macroeconomic indicators, increased employment, and the growth of salaries and pensions," Mazalica stated. The Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Radovan Višković submitted his resignation yesterday, stating that this was his contribution to achieving broader consensus in Republika Srpska. Višković said that he expected the new government to be elected in the first week of September.
