BANJA LUKA, November 23 /SRNA/ - SNSD's candidate for President of Republika Srpska Siniša Karan has won the early presidential elections in Republika Srpska, SNSD spokesperson Radovan Kovačević announced.
He stated that SNSD President Milorad Dodik will address the public at 22:00 at a press conference to formally declare victory.
