KARAN: CONTINUING WORK WHERE WE LEFT OFF AND ADVANCING REPUBLIKA SRPSKA'S GROWTH
BANJA LUKA, NOVEMBER 23 /SRNA/ – SNSD candidate for President of Republika Srpska Siniša Karan said he will continue leading the policy that citizens endorsed three years ago, and that Republika Srpska will be built with even greater determination.
"I will continue where we left off. We will not allow discontinuity of power. We will move forward with even greater force to build Republika Srpska", Karan said. He stressed that Christian Schmidt and Schmidt’s followers sought to disrupt the system of government that had been elected by the people. "We have a parliamentary majority that reflects the absolute will of the Serb people, and we have a Government elected from that parliamentary majority," Karan told reporters in Banja Luka. SNSD President Milorad Dodik explained that, in referring to "two Dodiks," he meant it in a political sense, emphasizing that institutionally and formally Karan is the winner of today’s early presidential election. "In our political work and in what we intend to accomplish, there will not be just one Dodik," Dodik said.
