BANJA LUKA, DECEMBER 16 /SRNA/ – Prime Minister of Republika Srpska Savo Minić said that the Government's program has defined seven action goals aimed at confirming and strengthening Republika Srpska in line with the Dayton Peace Agreement and the Constitution of BiH.

"The objective is to analyze and prepare the reorganization of the institutions of Republika Srpska, public enterprises and public administration. It also envisages consideration of the role of Republika Srpska's judicial institutions in protecting constitutionality and legality," Minić said in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska while presenting the Draft Economic Reform Program for the period 2026–2028. He emphasized that one of the goals is to continue cooperation and joint action with the authorities of Serbia in accordance with the Declaration of the All-Serb Assembly. "The Government's objective is to initiate the institutional and economic transformation of Republika Srpska into a self-sustaining, fiscally stable and development-oriented community, with a strong reliance on domestic resources, the market and human potential," Minić added. He stressed that the defined directions encompass seven action goals – short-term support for domestic consumption, the establishment of an investment register, strengthening support for the economy and the private sector, as well as support for exporters. "This also includes activation of the labor force /youth, women and pensioners/, the creation of a children's savings fund, as well as a legislative package for self-sustainability and data governance as a factor of economic growth," Minić said.
