MINIĆ: NEW MINISTERS WILL BRING NEW ENERGY, A LOT OF WORK AHEAD

BANJA LUKA, JANUARY 17 /SRNA/ – The incoming Prime Minister-designate Savo Minić sazs the appointment of a new Government, with five new names, represents continuity in work and an improvement of all segments of the Government’s activities, given that many infrastructure projects are planned for this year.

"I adjusted the exposé up to the election. We were agreeing on and initiating projects, and we will continue all of them and further elaborate them. I will present this tomorrow at a special session of the Republika Srpska National Assembly, when I will also present the work plan and programme," Minić said at a press conference at the Republika Srpska Government HQ. He has emphasized that this is a continuation of the Government and the term that this political structure received in the 2022 elections. "We had a reconstruction of the Government. Five new names have been proposed. Almost half of the Government is changing. In any case, we would have found ourselves in a situation where we had to elect a new Government. With this, we are demonstrating political strength and the ability to reconstruct the Government within a short period of time. There is no kind of stagnation in the work and obligations of the Government," Minić said. He stressed that no one is being punished, but rather that new energy is being introduced and activities are being intensified for 2026. "Behind us are years full of challenges, from attacks on the Republika Srpska institutions, international pressure, and internal problems in BiH. This is a good and timely planned process," Minić said.
