KOŠARAC: BiH INSTITUTIONS ARE TROUBLED BY CAPACITY, SOVEREIGNTY AND CREDIBLE POLICIES OF SRPSKA

SARAJEVO, JANUARY 23 /SRNA/ – The Constitutional Court of BiH is a political tool of a handful of Western ambassadors and Sarajevo, and the institutions of BiH have a problem with the capacity, sovereignty and credible policies of Republika Srpska, Deputy Chair of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac told SRNA.

Košarac stressed that the latest decision of the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH declaring the previous term of the Government of Republika Srpska "unconstitutional" contributes to nothing, and that the Court itself places its credibility into question, as it adopted internal rules allowing decisions to be made without the participation of the Serb people. "As a rule, every time the incomplete Constitutional Court adopts decisions against Republika Srpska. We are aware of the fact that institutions of BiH in Sarajevo act against the interests of Republika Srpska, its institutions and the interests of the Serb people," Košarac emphasized. Košarac also noted that the foundation of BiH rests on three constituent peoples and two entities, while the Constitutional Court of BiH, which should protect the Constitution and constitutional order, is acting in an unconstitutional manner. "This is completely clear and it will not discourage us. All BiH institutions have a problem with the capacity, sovereignty and credible policies of Republika Srpska. We will continue to pursue a responsible policy that ensures stability and development of Republika Srpska," Košarac said. He added that BiH institutions are determined, at any cost, to challenge Republika Srpska, its importance and its capacity. "Such a decision of the Constitutional Court was expected from the standpoint of their need to create additional problems for Republika Srpska, but above all it is unfounded and without legal basis," Košarac stated. Košarac reiterated that this is further proof that, just as with the repetition of elections at certain polling stations in Republika Srpska, a handful of ambassadors are managing the institutions of BiH and seeking to behead Republika Srpska and its institutions. "We are aware of this and are united around the policies of President Milorad Dodik, and we will fundamentally work on implementing our national interests and goals, without paying attention to the anomalies of BiH institutions and the decisions of those institutions directed against Republika Srpska," Košarac concluded.
