KOVAČEVIĆ: CONSTITUTIONAL COURT OF BiH HAS ONLY ONE PRINCIPLE - ALWAYS AGAINST JUSTICE AND AGAINST SRPSKA!

BANJA LUKA, JANUARY 23 /SRNA/ - The Constitutional Court of BiH has only one principle - always against justice and against Republika Srpska, said Radovan Kovačević, the Serb member of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH.

“Of course, we knew this and made the necessary decisions in time to preserve the institutional stability of Srpska. Go ahead and attack all you want, but Srpska will prevail!” Kovačević wrote on “X” in response to the assessment of the truncated Constitutional Court of BiH that the previous Government of Republika Srpska was “unconstitutional.”
