POLICIES OF SRPSKA'S LEADERSHIP WILL WIN GENERAL ELECTIONS

MOSCOW, MARCH 27 /SRNA/ - The policies of the current leadership of Republika Srpska will win the general elections in BiH scheduled for October, SNSD leader Milorad Dodik told RIA Novosti.

"We are preparing for new elections this autumn, in which we will win again. They managed to remove Milorad Dodik from the presidential position, but what I feel now, walking across Republika Srpska and meeting with the people, is that I feel more like a president than ever before," Dodik said. Dodik said that Republika Srpska is today institutionally fully stable. Regarding Western sanctions against Russia, Milorad Dodik said they are more harmful to those who imposed them than to Russia itself. According to him, the Russian people and President Vladimir Putin have proven to be a "tough nut to crack" for the West, which believed it could easily replace presidents and dismantle states. "They then encountered a `tough nut` called the Russian Federation, the Russian people, and Vladimir Putin," Dodik said.
