RADANOVIĆ: MESSAGE TO BOSNIAK LEADERS - CHRISTIANITY IS UNDER THREAT
SARAJEVO, MARCH 24 /SRNA/ - Christianity in the Federation of BiH is under threat, and it is in vain that the Bosniak political and religious elite try to prove otherwise, Đorđe Radanović, president of the Committee for the Protection of the Rights of Serbs in the FBiH, told SRNA.
“Six months have passed since the destruction and damage of 60 crosses and monuments at an Orthodox cemetery in Zenica. Have the perpetrators of this criminal act been found?” Radanović asked. He added that this is a question for the public and the authorities in the FBiH, referring to point one of the so-called Bosniak declaration, which states that Christianity is not under threat. A statement condemning hate speech, Islamophobia, and false narratives about Bosniaks and BiH was recently signed at the Gazi Husrev-beg Library in response to an alleged malicious campaign against Bosniaks and BiH. The statement was signed by 34 representatives of the academic, political, cultural, social, and religious life of Bosniaks. The statement presents the view that there is an alleged malicious campaign being conducted against Bosniaks and BiH and condemns attempts to impose a narrative of a clash of civilizations.
