KOŠARAC: BOSNIAKS OBSTRUCTING EVERYTHING THAT BENEFITS SRPSKA

SARAJEVO, APRIL 3 /SRNA/ – Council of Ministers Deputy Chair Staša Košarac says it is evident that Bosniaks are obstructing everything that could benefit Republika Srpska, even if such blockades directly harm citizens and the economy of the Federation of BiH.

"How else can the irrational urge of Zijad Krnjić to once again block the opening of the new border crossing in Gradiška be explained? Is it possible that their hatred toward Srpska is greater than the overall benefit for citizens, the economy and businesspeople?" Košarac asked. He pointed out that losses are piling up, while citizens remain hostages of endless queues at the border, waiting for the "brilliant expert" to realize that development does not come from blockades but from opening up. "The `čaršija` logic aims to harm Republika Srpska at any cost, even if that means continuing to treat people as mere statistical figures in endless border queues, sabotaging foreign trade and turning life into hell for domestic businesspeople," Košarac posted on Instagram. He assessed that Sarajevo does not care that the decades-long agony of waiting at the border continues and that it itself gains nothing from the blockade. "The only thing that matters to them is that it harms Republika Srpska," Košarac concluded. At yesterday's extraordinary session, the Steering Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority of BiH for the fifth time failed to reach an agreement that would result in the opening of the new border crossing in Gradiška because Board member from the Federation of BiH Zijad Krnjić blocked it again.
