SRPSKA IS INDESTRUCTIBLE

BANJA LUKA, MAY 10 /SRNA/ - SNSD President Milorad Dodik said that Christian Schmidt had attempted to do a great deal of harm, but that in the end his actions only confirmed one fact - that Republika Srpska is indestructible.

BANJA LUKA, MAY 10 /SRNA/ - SNSD President Milorad Dodik said that Christian Schmidt had attempted to do a great deal of harm, but that in the end his actions only confirmed one fact - that Republika Srpska is indestructible.

Dodik stated that Schmidt is leaving BiH the same way he arrived - without legitimacy, without a decision from the UN Security Council, and without international law on his side. He added that throughout Schmidt’s mandate, it was clear that he was a person who operated in BiH outside the procedures on which the international order should be based. That's why, he added, every mark of his excessive salary was as illegitimate as the decisions he tried to impose. "I could give Schmidt only one recommendation - since all the money he received, as well as the money he had planned to receive, was the product of an illegitimate mandate, he should donate it to humanitarian causes," Dodik wrote on X. He said that there are certainly people in the Federation of BiH who could benefit from such a donation, adding that Schmidt had spent his mandate trying to please “the Sarajevo establishment” and to harm Republika Srpska. Dodik emphasized that Christian Schmidt, in his illegal mandate, robbed the international community and citizens of the countries that financed him by taking money to which he had no right. "Republika Srpska will initiate appropriate procedures, because both we and the citizens of the countries that financed Schmidt have the right to know the extent of the financial damage caused by his actions," Dodik said.
