CVIJANOVIĆ: FOR THE PROGRESS OF BiH IT IS CRUCIAL THAT DECISIONS ARE MADE BY DOMESTIC INSTITUTIONS

SARAJEVO, AUGUST 29 /SRNA/ – The Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović today in Sarajevo has pointed out to U.S. Embassy Charge d’Affaires in BiH Daniel Koski the harmful consequences of long-standing international interventionism, stressing that for the progress and revival of democracy in BiH it is crucial that decisions are made exclusively by domestic institutions.

In this context, the Serb member of the BiH Presidency emphasized the importance of the concept of the U.S. President Donald Trump that the United States would no longer take part in interfering in the internal affairs of other countries. During the meeting, possibilities for improving cooperation in areas of mutual interest were discussed, and Cvijanović expressed full support for strengthening relations between Republika Srpska, as well as BiH as a whole, and the United States, the Office of the Serb member of the BiH Presidency announced.
