THERE WILL BE NO LINEUP OF DEFEATED HVO UNITS IN MODRAN NEAR DERVENTA

BANJA LUKA, MARCH 13 /SRNA/ - There will be no lineup of former members of the defeated HVO forces in Derventa, and Republika Srpska will not allow the glorification of the ideology and formations that committed serious crimes against the Serb people, said SNSD leader Milorad Dodik.

While Croatia bans the commemoration of days of Serb suffering, and while the destruction and desecration of Serb graves goes unpunished, Dodik said that anyone who expected that Serbs would silently watch the glorification of units that killed them on their own land was mistaken. "State authorities of Republika Srpska will respond to any attempt at such provocation," Dodik wrote on X. The Veterans’ Organization of Republika Srpska called on the Ministry of the Interior and other competent authorities to ban the marking of the 34th anniversary of the formation of the 3rd battalion Modran of the 103rd HVO Brigade, scheduled for March 21 in Modran near Derventa, and to conduct an investigation into the organization of the event, otherwise they will be forced to prevent the gathering themselves.
